I am still here

I haven't written here in a while because there was nothing else to write but to report that I was feeling tired. Still am and also recovering from a very bad cold but felt like I had to post something before I slipped out of the habit again.

I have been doing my best to eat healthy foods but today I have really, really indulged so I must have put back a few pounds again. Ah, well, what to do? Don't feel too bad about it since I feel like I need some TLC and a breakthrough somehow.

Lord, my times are in Your Hands. Thank You for today, Lord. Thank You for life, Amen.
